Have these ready before you start

✓Your pet's basic info — name, species, breed, age, weight

✓A written estimate from your vet clinic (required for surgery requests)

✓Your upfront commitment amount — 10% of the estimate is standard, $25 minimum with proof of income

✓Proof of income, if your upfront amount is below 10%

✓Your preferred payment method — Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App

What happens after you apply

1We review your application — a representative will contact you within 3–5 business days. We may follow up with questions.

2Approval — if approved, you'll receive a vet estimate and Foundation authorization for the requested services.

3Commitment — your upfront deposit and payment plan are confirmed before the appointment is scheduled.

4Care happens — your pet is treated through our partner vet network.
